About the Home Screen

Information about the main screen of VXT CMS and the four dashboard menus, which include Screens, Content, Playlist, Schedule, is provided. If you press on a menu screen, you are redirected to the details page.

  • Available VXT CMS functions depend on the user role. For more information about user roles, refer to the following:

  • The menu items displayed when connected to VXT CMS may differ, depending on the user role. The description of the Home screen assumes that you are signed in with general administrator privileges, which can access all menu items.

Description

Shows your organization name.

Click to display a list of workspaces. You can go to a specific workspace by clicking the workspace name on the list.

  • If you access a menu page, the Workspace tab appears on the left. You can go to a specific workspace by clicking the workspace name in the tab.

Shows the main menu items of Samsung VXT CMS. If you click a menu item, you are redirected to the corresponding menu page.

  • Screens: Pair with and manage displays.

  • Content: Create and manage content.

  • Playlist: Create and manage playlists.

  • Schedule: Create and manage schedules.

  • Screen License: Shows the types and the number of allocated screen licenses.

  • Quick Glance: Shows the status of an added screen. You can access the screen management menu by clicking each button.

  • Storage: Check the capacity of the storage space currently being used.

  • Energy Consumption: Shows energy consumption figures in a graph. This feature may not be supported, depending on the rate plan in use.

RM STATE, Early Warning, and NOTICE features are available.

  • RM STATE: Check the processing status of functions related to remote screen management, in real time.

  • Early Warning: Monitor screen status in real time and check for abnormal signs in advance.

  • NOTICE: View important notices and information.

Shows the currently logged-in user's profile.
Access the Settings or Manual menu or Logout.

Use VXT Assistant to connect to the chatbot or a customer service representative.
