To analyze data saved in MagicINFO, first you should link the Insight solution to the MagicINFO Server to receive playback logs.
To link the solution, follow the steps below.
- On the MagicINFO screen, select Settings > Insight.
Enter the IP address, port number, and HW unique key address for Insight. The Insight item is added to the MagicINFO menu items.
Note
- The key is copied or saved to a specific file during the process of installation.
- The file in which the key is saved can be found in the “Insight\Backend\info.config” directory in the installation path.
- Under the MagicINFO Insight menu item, select Settings > License and enter the license issued to you.
