To analyze data saved in MagicINFO , first you should link the Insight solution to the MagicINFO Server to receive playback logs.

To link the solution, follow the steps below.

  1. On the Home screen of MagicINFO , select Server Management > Server Settings from the settings menu bar.

  2. In the Insight setting fields at the far bottom, enter the IP address, port number and security key.

    Select the activation checkbox to complete the Insight settings. Now you can use the Insight menu to access the Insight server.

    Note

    • The key is copied or saved to a specific file during the process of installation.
    • The security key is saved in the Install_Information_{version}.txt file under the install directory.
    • The file in which the key is saved can be found in the “ Insight\Backend\info.config ” directory in the installation path.
  3. Navigate to Settings > License Info in MagicINFO Insight , and enter the license key issued to you.
