Managing a Created Screen

Place the mouse cursor on a screen row to display the (More) icon. Use the features displayed below the icon to manage the screen, without having to access the details page.

Item	Description
Set Content	Publish content to screens.
Energy Management	View power consumption. This feature is available only when the rate plan is P Series. Energy Management
Add Tags	Publish tags to screens.
Launch Player App	Launches VXT Player from a Signage device when the Player is turned off. This feature does not work when using the Player online. To learn more about the VXT Player, refer to the following: VXT Player
Clear VXT Player Cache	Initializes and restarts the VXT Player.
Move to Workspace	Move to a different workspace. After moving to a different workspace, all content, playlists and schedules displayed on the screen are initialized. This menu appears only when two or more workspaces have been added.
Apply Screen Preset	Configure pre-settings for screens such as Signage, Business TV and Hospital TV. This feature is available only when the rate plan is P Series.
Deactivate	Deactivates the screen to prevent it from playing content. Pairing is not canceled even if content playback is disabled.
Delete	The pairing is disconnected, and the screen is deleted from the server.

Select a screen checkbox with the mouse, and configure optional features for the selected screen.

Energy Management

Click (Energy Management) to display the Energy Management window. Use the displayed window to view electricity consumption.

Actual energy consumption may differ, depending on the environment in which the screen is used.

This feature is available only when the rate plan is P Series.

Add Tags

Click (Add Tags) to display the Add Tags window. To add tags, click the intended tags from the list of tags.

Multi-Screen Control

Click (Multi Control) to display the Multi Control window. Control multiple screens simultaneously.

This feature is available only when the rate plan is P Series.

Deleting a Screen

Click (Delete) to display the Delete Screen window. If you click Delete, the screen and all data related to the screen will be deleted.
