Add frequently used features to the dashboard.
Adding widgets on the dashboard
- Click Edit Layout on Dashboard tab.
- Items that can be added to the dashboard appear.
- Click
from the widget list to add. - The selected widgets are added into the dashboard.
- After configuring required settings, click Edit Layout again.
Information
- To move a widget, click Edit Layout and then drag it into the desired position.
- To delete a widget, click Edit Layout and then click
on the widget to delete. - It is impossible to delete a Notice or Sign-In Summary widget.
Widgets that can be added to the dashboard are as follows.
Notice
You can create a notice or see the notice details. To create a notice, click [pencil]. Enter details and click Save.
Information
When entering a notice, you can select the following options:
- Important: Select this option if the notice is important and needs to be distinguished from other notices. The notice is highlighted in a different color from other notices on the list. It is placed on top of the list regardless of the sequence of creation.
- Always: Display the notice continuously on the main page.
Sign-In Summary
View the user ID, name, role, and last access date.
User Summary
View the number of registered or canceled users and the number of new users that requested to sign up. Click All Users or New User Request to move to the menu.
Device Summary
View a summary of information on added devices. Click information on the widget to move to the menu.
Content Summary
View a summary of information on added content. When All Contents is clicked, the Content menu appears.
Schedule Summary
View the numbers of currently playing schedules and all schedules. When All Schedules is clicked, the Schedule menu appears.
Server Storage
View a summary of information on the disk space that contains MagicINFO Server data. Click the left or right arrow to view the connected disk information.
Playlist Summary
View summary of currently playing playlists. When All Playlists is clicked, the Playlist menu appears.
Device Status (Error/Warning)
View the error and warning status of the device that is currently connected.

The general administrator and user of each organization with device permission can view .
Connected Devices (Real-time)
View information about currently connected devices.
Information
The general administrator and user of each organization with device permission can view .
Connected Devices (Yesterday/Today)
View information about devices connected yesterday and today by comparing.
Information
The general administrator and user of each organization with device permission can view .
Software Update Summary
View the software update status. When a widget is clicked, the Applied Status menu appears.
DataLink Server Status
View the status of Datalink Servers that are currently connected.
Edge Server Status
View the status of Edge Servers that are currently connected.
Remote Control Server
View the status of Remote Control Servers that are currently connected.
