View logs and alarm mailing history of all events on MagicINFO RM Server.

Click Log Management.

Viewing logs

View logs of all events on MagicINFO RM Server.

Click Log.

You can download logs as an Excel or PDF file to your computer. To export a content file list, click Export and select a file type.
To view logs for Content or another specific menu item, click Filter by and select a menu item. Use the search box to retrieve specific logs.
You can search logs for specified period. Click and set a period. If you select Custom, the date input window is enabled. Click the window to display a calendar and select dates from the calendar. Click View to view logs in a specified period.
Use the user ID or content name retrieve specific log information.

Menu	View the name of the MagicINFO RM Server menu item where an event occurred.
Event Type	Display even type.
Content Name	Display content name.
Details	Display specific causes of an event occurrence.
Event Occurrence Time	Display date and time of event occurrence.
IP	Display the IP address where an event occurred.
User ID	Display user ID responsible for the event.

View logs for alarm mail history and alarm mail information of all events that have occurred on MagicINFO RM Server.

View the history of alarm mail. Click Alarm Mail History.

You can download the alarm mail history as an Excel or PDF file to your computer. To export a content file list, click Export and select a file type.
Use the search box to retrieve specific alarm mail history.

Organization	Display the organization.
Title	Display the title of the alarm mail history.
SMTP Access	Display the STMP access information.
Time	Display the time for sending alarm mail.

View alarm mail information.

Click Title of the list to view alarm mail information from the alarm mail history list.

Download the viewed alarm mail information to your computer. Click Download.
