Setting date and time

To smoothly use S player, date and time should be set precisely.

  1. Press  > System > Time Setting > Current Time.
  2. Apply setting identically with today's date and current time.

Linking to server

S player can be linked to server to play the server contents or schedule that is distributed from server.

Note

  • To link the S player with server, it should be connected to network.
  • Press > Network > Execute network setting and carry out network setting in desired type.
  • For details about network setting, refer to user guide for each model.
  1. Press  > Network > Server network setting.
  2. Press Connect to server and apply setting for detailed items.
    • Connect to server: Enter IP address of the server, domain, and port number.
    • MagicInfo mode: Select MagicInfo mode that is suitable for using situation.
    • Access to server: Select the connection method for server network.
    • FTP mode: Apply setting to FTP operation type.
    • Proxy server: Apply setting to proxy server connection and related functions.

Note

  • When S player is approved from server, connection is complete.
