Manage devices added to MagicINFO Server.

Check statuses or resolve issues for devices through monitoring, remote access/control and device error checking. Retrieve device events and services by keeping logs.

Click (Device) on the main menu bar.

Note

  • With Device Permissions enabled, the device manager can only manage devices authorized by general administrator or organization administrators. For details on device management privilege settings, refer to ► Device management
  • MagicINFO Server administrators (general administrator and organization administrators) can assign a role to each user. Available MagicINFO Server functions depend on the user role. For details on user roles, refer to ► Managing user information
  • This chapter assumes that you are signed in with general administrator privileges.
