Prerequisites
Server A : Current server
Server B : New server
- Start the Postgre backup process on Server A.
- Copy /runtimeFolder, /config/config.properties, /tomcat/conf/server.xml files located in the installation directory of Server A.
- On Server A, return license under Settings - License Info.
- Install MagicINFO Server on Server B (the same version as for Server A).
- Terminate Server B services.
- Use the Postgre DB menu on Server B to restore the database you backed up in Step 1.
- Paste the folder files you copied in Step 2 into the Server B installation directory.
- Initiate Server B services.
- On Server B, requests for FreeOfCharge licenses (as many as the LFD you previously had) under Settings - License Info.
- On Server B, return the license key you retrieved from Server A. Do this offline.
- On Server B, enter the full license.
