설치 요구 사항

Edge Server를 설치하기 전 다음 사항을 확인하세요.

  • Edge Server V9 버전을 설치하려면, 먼저 V9 버전 이상의 MagicINFO Server가 물리적으로 설치되어 있어야 합니다.

  • Edge Server V9 버전은 MagicINFO Server V9 버전과 연결할 수 있습니다.

    Edge Server V8 버전은 MagicINFO Server V8 버전과 연결할 수 있습니다.
    V8 이전 버전의 MagicINFO Server는 Edge Server V7 버전과 연결할 수 있습니다.

  • Edge Server는 MagicINFO Server와 동일한 PC에 설치할 수 없습니다.

  • Edge Server를 설치하기 전에 MagicINFO Server가 설치된 PC와 Edge Server를 설치하려는 PC의 시각을 동일하게 맞춰야 합니다.

    Edge Server와 MagicINFO Server가 설치된 PC가 5분 이상 차이가 나면 연결할 수 없습니다.

프로그램 설치하기

Edge Server를 설치하려면, 다음 절차를 따르세요.

  1. 설치 파일인 MagicInfo EdgeServer 21.0900.0 Setup.exe를 클릭하세요.

  2. MagicINFO Server가 설치된 PC와 Edge Server를 설치하려는 PC의 시각이 동일한 지 확인한 후 예(Y)를 클릭하세요.

  4. License Agreement 내용을 확인한 후 I Agree를 클릭하세요.

  6. MagicINFO Server의 swagger 페이지 (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7001/MagicInfo/swagger-ui.html)에 접속해서 Security key를 확인하세요.

  8. Edge Server를 설치하는 PC의 IP 주소와 포트 정보를 입력한 후 Next를 클릭하세요.

  9. 경로를 지정한 후 Install을 클릭하세요.

  10. Finish를 클릭해서 Edge Server 설치를 종료하세요.

  11. MagicINFO Server 메인 메뉴 모음에서 설정 > 외부 서버 관리 > 엣지 서버에 설치된 Edge Server가 보이는지 확인하세요.

    해당 서버가 보이면, 서버의 대시보드 버튼을 클릭하세요.

    설치 완료 후 5분이 지나도 새로 고침한 해당 페이지에 설치된 Edge Server가 나타나지 않는다면 아래와 같이 확인하세요.

    • MagicINFO Server의 IP 주소 확인
    • MagicINFO Server의 Security key 확인
    • MagicINFO Server가 설치된 PC와 Edge Server가 설치된 PC 시각이 5분 차이가 나지 않는지 확인
    • MagicINFO Server가 설치된 PC와 Edge Server가 설치된 PC 간에 인터넷 연결이 되어 있는지 확인

    만약 설정을 수정해야 한다면, MAGICINFO-EDGE 서비스를 중단하세요.

    문제를 해결한 후 서비스를 다시 시작하세요.

Installation requirements

Check the following before installing Edge Server.

  • To install Edge Server V8 V9, first make sure MagicINFO Server V8 V9 or a newer version is already installed.

  • Edge Server V8 V9 can connect to MagicINFO Server V9.

    Edge Server version V8 can be connected to MagicINFO Server V8.
    A Earlier versions of MagicINFO Server version that is older than V8 can connect be connected to Edge Server V7.

  • Edge Server cannot be installed on the same PC on which MagicINFO Server is installed.

  • To install Edge Server, first make sure you sync the clock on the PC on which the MagicINFO Server is installed to the clock on the PC on which the Edge Server will be installed.

    If the clock time difference is greater than 5 minutes between the PCs on which the Edge Server and MagicINFO Server are installed, the two servers cannot connect to each other.

Installing the software

To install Edge Server, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the installation file named “MagicInfo Edge 20EdgeServer 21.08000900.0 Setup.exe.” The following screen appears.

  2. Confirm that the clock of the PC on which MagicINFO Server is installed matches the clock of the PC on which Edge Server will be installed, and click Yes.

  3. Read the displayed installation guide and click Next.

  4. Read the License Agreement terms and conditions, and then click I Agree.

  5. Enter the IP address of the MagicINFO Server and click Next.

  6. On the main menu bar Access the swagger page of MagicINFO Server at http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7001/MagicInfo/swagger-ui.html, click Setting > License Info > Free License. The Free License Key option window appears.

    Set Internet Connection to Disconnected, and check the H/W Unique Key.

    Copy the H/W Unique Key and click Canceland check the Security key.

    If the installed server is found, click the Dashboard button of the server.

    If the installed Edge Server is not found, refresh the page. If it still does not appear when 5 minutes has elapsed after completion of installation, check the following.

    • Ensure that the IP address of the MagicINFO Server is correctEnsure that the H/W Unique Key of the MagicINFO Server is correct
    • Checking the Security key of MagicINFO Server
    • Ensure that the clock time difference is no greater than 5 minutes between the PCs on which the MagicINFO Server and Edge Server are installed
    • Ensure that the Internet is connected between the PCs on which the MagicINFO Server and Edge Server are installed

    If editing of settings is necessary, stop the MAGICINFO-EDGE service.

    Resolve the issue and resume the service.
