공유 폴더 생성하기

  1. 메인 메뉴 모음에서 (콘텐츠) > 공유된 콘텐츠를 클릭하세요.
  2. shared를 선택한 다음 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하세요.
  3. 팝업 메뉴에서 새 폴더를 클릭하세요.
  4. 폴더 이름을 입력하세요.

폴더 공유하기

멀티 소속 관리자는 생성한 폴더를 소속 그룹에 공유할 수 있습니다.

  1. 공유된 콘텐츠를 클릭하세요.
  2. 공유할 폴더를 선택한 다음 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 클릭하세요.
  3. 팝업 메뉴에서 공유함을 클릭하세요.
  4. 소속 선택 창에서 소속 그룹을 선택하세요. 다중 선택이 가능합니다.
  5. 저장을 클릭하세요.

콘텐츠 공유하기

멀티 소속 관리자 및 공유 폴더에 공유된 소속 그룹의 사용자는 콘텐츠를 공유할 수 있습니다.

  1. 내 콘텐츠를 클릭하세요.
  2. 공유할 콘텐츠를 선택한 다음 공유를 클릭하세요. 다중 선택이 가능합니다.
  3. 폴더 선택 창에서 공유할 폴더를 선택하세요.
  4. 저장을 클릭하세요.

선택한 공유 폴더에서 공유한 콘텐츠를 확인할 수 있으며, 다른 소속 그룹에서 콘텐츠 제작 등에 사용할 수 있습니다.

Creating shared folders

  1. Click (Content) > Shared Content on the main menu bar.
  2. Select shared and then right-click on the mouse.
  3. Click New Folder on the pop-up menu.
  4. Enter a new folder name.

Sharing folders

Multi-organization administrators can share the created folder to their organization groups.

  1. Click Shared Content.
  2. Select a folder to share and then right-click on the mouse.
  3. Click Share on the pop-up menu.
  4. In the Select Organization window, select the organization group. Multiple items can be selected.
  5. Click Save.

Sharing content

Multi-organization administrators and the users for shared folders can share content.

  1. Click My Content.
  2. Select content to share and then click Share. Multiple items can be selected.
  3. In the Select Folder window, select a folder to share.
  4. Click Save.

The shared content can be viewed from the selected folder and used by other organization groups for content creation and such.
