Remotely control an added Samsung device screen.

If you register a screen to the remote management server using the settings menu, the start-remote-control button is enabled when you access the screen details screen.

Remote control is available only when the rate plan is P Series.

Press the button. When loading is complete, the screen connected for remote control appears.

The menu button panel below the screen displays five buttons by default.

If you place the mouse cursor on the menu button panel, the icon appears. If you click the icon, the context menu buttons appear.

Use the remote control feature, referring to the descriptions of the menu buttons on the following pages.

Menu Buttons

Stop

Press before moving to another screen, to end remote control.

(Power On)

Press to turn on the screen. Press and hold to reboot the screen.

  • If Remote Configuration is disabled for the screen, the screen cannot be remotely turned on.

(Power Off)

Press to turn off the screen. Press and hold to reboot the screen.

(Home)

Displays the Home screen.

(MENU)

Configure various features for the screen.

(SOURCE)

Select a connected external device.

View the screen information.

(MUTE)

(VOLUME DOWN)

(VOLUME UP)

Adjust the volume.

(LEFT)

(RIGHT)

Move the focus.

(UP)

(DOWN)

Move the focus, or change channels.

(OK)

Select or run the item focused.

(RETURN)

Return to the previous menu.

(Help)

Displays details on how to remotely control a screen using the mouse and keyboard.

Displays or hides context menu buttons.
