Review statistics on devices added to MagicINFO Server for connection status, connection logs, and authorization.

Click (Statistics) > Device on the main menu bar.

Viewing statistics for connection status

To view the statistics in a chart on the connection to all devices registered in MagicINFO Server, click Connection Status. The following items can be viewed.

• Connection status

  It displays the number of registered devices in MagicINFO Server, number of connected devices, and number of disconnected devices.

• Panel status for connected devices

  View the panel statistics on devices added to MagicINFO Server.

Viewing statistics for connection records

To view the connection logs to all devices registered in MagicINFO Server, click Connection History.

Set the period and device group and then click Search. The connection history can be viewed.

• Period

  The statistics can be viewed after selecting a period. When you select Customize, the date input window is activated. Select a desired date.

• Device Group

  View connection logs by the device group. Click Select and then select a desired device group. When you click Select All in the device selection window, all devices are selected.

Viewing statistics for approved devices

To view the device approval requests in MagicINFO Server, click Approved Device.

The statistics can be viewed after selecting the period or date in Period. When you select Customize, the date input window is activated. Select a desired date.

Set the period and then click Search. The following items can be viewed.

• Approval Status

  It displays the total number of devices requested for approval, number of approved devices, and number of unapproved devices.

• Date of Request

  View dates for approval requests and the number of devices requested for approval on the date.
