Review the device status for critical errors and alarms that may affect system operation, and review the solution status. View and change the error status. Take immediate action in the event of errors, warnings and alarms to avoid a system malfunction.

Viewing Errors


View players where failures affecting system maintenance have occurred and details. Click Device Health > Error.

Device NameView the device name.
MAC AddressView the MAC address for the device.
In ProgressView the number of errors of the device in progress.
Recently Reported View the recently reported of errors.

Viewing warning details


View devices that have warnings due to a rule violation. Click Device Health > Warning.

Viewing hardware warning details

To view users hardware warnings, click .

Device NameView the device name.
MAC AddressView the MAC address for the device.
In ProgressView the number of warnings of the device in progress.
Recently Reported View the recently reported of warnings.

Viewing software warning details

To view users software warnings, click .

Device NameView the device name.
MAC AddressView the MAC address for the device.
ReportedView the number of warnings reported.
Recently ReportedView the recently reported of warnings.

Deleting software warning

  1. Check the warning of the desired device and click Delete.

  2. When a confirmation window appears, click OK.

Viewing resolved status


View the status of the resolved device. Click Device Status > Resolved.

Note

Resolved is deleted automatically after it is stored for the specified period.
