User

Click > Settings > User to access the user management menu page.
Invited users are initially put under the Pending list. After a user connects to Samsung VXT CMS for the first time, the user is moved to the Member list.

Item	Description
User	Shows the name and account of each user.
Workspace	Shows the workspace(s) each user can access and their user privileges.
Role	View the role of each user.
Recent Login	Shows the last access date.

If you click a user name, the user’s detailed information appears.
You can view the user name, role, email account, date of last connection, date of sign-up, and a list of added workspaces.

To withdraw the user’s access privileges, click (More) at the top right and then use the user withdrawal menu.

User Privileges by Account Role

Item	Description
Owner	Users with the Owner role can control everything about any workspace.
Admin	Users with the Admin role can manage everything about the workspaces they belong to, including rate plans.
A-Manager	Managers are classified into three types: All-Manager, Screen-Manager and Content-Manager. All-Manager: Manager is in control of content and screen management of their workspaces. Screen-Manager: Managers of this type can manage the screens in the workspace they belong to, but have limited permissions to manage content. Content-Manager: Users with the Content Manager role can create or publish screen content, but are not authorized to manage screens.
Viewer	Viewer can view content, screens and users in the workspaces they have access to.
Installer	Installer-account users can add screens and edit basic information for added screens.

Inviting a User

Invite a user to Samsung VXT CMS.

Click Invite User.

In the displayed Invite User window, enter the Samsung-account email address of the user to invite.

Select the workspace to assign the user to, and specify the user role.

Click Invite to add the user to the list. An invitation email is sent to the specified email address.
The user that received the invitation email can sign in by clicking the “Go to Samsung VXT CMS” link.

Canceling a user's membership

Place the mouse cursor on the row of the specific user in the list, to display the (More) icon at the right of the row. Click the icon to display the Withdraw User menu. Click this menu to cancel the user's membership.
