VXT Player for Virtual Screens

Browser requirements

This player is web-based and we recommend using the latest browser, such as Chrome 120 or later.

Supported content formats

  • Video: Only MP4 files are supported.

    • Sounds are not played, to enable autoplay.

    • Playback may be interrupted if network conditions are unstable, as video is played in streaming mode without downloading.

  • Audio: Only MP3 files are supported.

  • Image: BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF files are supported.

  • Resolution: 3840x2160 or lower is recommended.

  • Fine art content: Played at resolutions up to 950x540.

Unsupported functions

  • Sync play is not supported.

  • Advertising content cannot be played.

  • Playback of Microsoft Office documents (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents) is not supported.

  • External input sources cannot be played.

  • Remote device management or screen transfer is not available.

  • Some app content may have playback restrictions.

Content playback specifications

Video

  • Supported formats: Differ between screen models.

  • Simultaneous playback:

    • It is possible to play up to two FHD/30fps or lower video files simultaneously.

    • Both videos must have the same frame rate.

  • Exceptions: With the model below, only one video can be played at a time. Resolution differs between models.

  • Model Name: BEC-H (e.g., LH85BECHLGUXEN)

Office files

  • Supported formats: Only DOC, PPT, and PDF files can be played. Other Office file formats are not supported.

  • Models with limitations: BEC-H models do not support playback of Office files.

Audio

  • Supported formats: Only MP3 files are supported.

Image

  • Supported formats: BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF

  • Recommended resolution: 3840x2160 or lower

About the Sync Play feature

  • When using image content: Resolution of 1920x1080 or lower is recommended.

  • When using video content: We recommend using H.264 codec. Only files encoded with the same codec are supported for sync play.

  • Limitations by resolution:

    • UHD devices: Only one video with 3840x2160/60fps or lower can be played using sync play.

    • FHD devices: Only one video with 1920x1080/60fps or lower can be played using sync play.

  • Precautions:

    • Sync play only works between identical models.

    • Between different models, problems may occur in synchronization for sync play.

About web URL display

  • Websites where X-Frame-Option is used may not be displayed within iframe.

  • For websites where CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) is used, resources may not be displayed properly.

  • The iframe feature may not be supported on some display models.

Screen Wall feature

  • Extended screen playback only works on video and image content.

  • The following models do not support extended screen.

    • QMR, QHR, QER, QPR, QPA, QET, QMT, OHA, OMA, SHR

    • SBB-SNOWJAU, SBB-SNOWJMU, SBB-SNOWRAF, SBB-SNOWAAE

    • SBB-SS08NL1, SBB-SS08NT2

Windows Player

System requirements

  • VXT CMS is only supported on Windows 10 or later, 64-bit operating systems. To ensure smooth use, we recommend a device with an Intel 6th generation CPU or higher and 8 GB memory or greater.

  • On devices that do not meet the recommended specifications, some features may be limited or performance may be reduced.

Supported content formats

  • Video: Only MP4 files are supported.

  • Image: BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF files are supported.

  • Resolution: 3840x2160 or lower is recommended.

Precautions for using Sync Play

  • When using Sync Play, recommended image resolution is 1920x1080 or lower.

  • Use video content encoded with the H.264 codec. To ensure smooth playback of multiple files, make sure all files are in the same codec format.

  • Sync Play only works between Windows devices with identical specifications.

  • If using Sync Play between devices with different specifications, the playback may be out of sync due to differences in video playback speed.

Unsupported functions

  • Playback of Microsoft Office documents (such as Word, PowerPoint, or Excel) playback is not supported.

  • Playback of external input sources, such as HDMI and DP, is not available.

  • Embargo function is not supported.

About installation and settings

  • Installation requires administrator privileges.

  • Setting up automatic login is recommended for system login.

  • We recommend turning off Windows notifications (such as update notifications).

  • Remote power on/off is not supported for devices that use Modern Standby mode.

  • When using the screen wall feature, only video or image content can be played on the extended display.

Android Player

System requirements

  • Operating system: Android version 10 or later is required

  • Recommended hardware specifications:

    • CPU: Octa-core 1.9 GHz or higher

    • Memory (RAM): At least 3 GB

    • On devices that do not meet the recommended specifications, some features may not work or performance may be reduced.
