Key Features

Easy content creation

VXT Canvas allows users to create a variety of content for use in stores, notices/announcements, and advertising visuals, by freely arranging text, images, and videos.
It provides hundreds of basic templates, reducing users’ design burdens, and allows users to use store logos or brand-specific fonts.

Content publishing with a single button press

With VXT CMS, display created content on displays installed around the world simply by pressing the “Publish” button.
It is possible to publish the same content to multiple stores simultaneously, or publish different content to different stores individually.
This does not require content playback reservation or complex schedule setup.

Real-time remote control at any time, anywhere

With VXT CMS, remotely control display devices installed in different stores from one location.
Handle a variety of tasks in real time from headquarters, including display power on/off, screen brightness adjustment, network status checking, security settings (such as USB locking) for individual devices, and remote inspection and troubleshooting in the event of any issue.

Tag-based personalized content management

This system provides tag-based content management, rather than the conventional folder-based approach.
It is possible to freely sort and search for content, screen status, or other information based on a specific criteria, such as #event, #summer menu, or #store A. This allows users to easily organize tens or hundreds of store content items and quickly find specific content.

Organization-specific user and workspace management

VXT CMS features a two-tier management structure covering organizations and workspaces, allowing efficient access privilege setting and content management even at large organizations.
For example, it is possible to set it up so that region-specific stores or campaign-specific managers can operate individual workspaces, preventing them from accessing workspaces not authorized to them. This prevents duplicate use of content, confusion about content, or accidental content deletion, and clearly defines the scope of responsibility for each user.
