View the device health for critical errors and warnings that may affect system operation. The errors and solutions can be viewed and changed. Take immediate action in the event of errors, warnings and alarms to avoid a system malfunction.
Click
(Device) > Device Health on the main menu bar.
The items that can be viewed are as follows.
Device Name
The name of the device with an error can be viewed.
MAC Address
The MAC address of the device with an error appears.
In Progress
View the number of errors of the running device.
Reported
View the number of warnings reported.
Recently Reported
View the recent data and time of the error occurred.
The items that can be viewed may vary depending on the error or warning. |
View players where failures affecting system maintenance have occurred and details. Click Device Status > Error.
When the device does not send error messages for a specific period of time, the item status of In Progress is changed to Resolved. |
The devices that had warnings due to a rule violation can be viewed. Click Device Status > Warning.
Software Warning
To view software warnings, click SW.
Select Software Warning and then click Delete to delete the selected warning(s).
When the device does not send warnings for a specific period of time, the item status of In Progress is changed to Resolved. |
View the resolved device status. Click Device Status > Resolved.
Resolved is deleted automatically after it is stored for the specified period. |
