View the device health for critical errors and warnings that may affect system operation. The errors and solutions can be viewed and changed. Take immediate action in the event of errors, warnings and alarms to avoid a system malfunction.

Click (Device) > Device Health on the main menu bar.

Viewing Errors

View players where failures affecting system maintenance have occurred and details. Click Device Status > Error.

When the device does not send error messages for a specific period of time, the item status of In Progress is changed to Resolved.

Viewing warning details

The devices that had warnings due to a rule violation can be viewed. Click Device Status > Warning.

When the device does not send warnings for a specific period of time, the item status of In Progress is changed to Resolved.

Viewing resolved status

View the resolved device status. Click Device Status > Resolved.

Resolved is deleted automatically after it is stored for the specified period.
