Overview

MagicINFO Insight is a solution designed to provide you with statistics by analyzing records and other details related to content playback performed on devices based on the schedule published from MagicINFO Server.

Played content is classified based on the tag information configured from MagicINFO. Collected information is analyzed and displayed on the dashboard, and information displayed on the dashboard can be downloaded to a specific report.

System Configuration and Operation Flow

A brief overview of the configuration of the MagicINFO Insight solution is shown below.

If you assign a tag to content and play the content, the playback record is saved in the player. The saved record is called a “POP” (Proof of play) log and saved to the MagicINFO Server.

The saved data is sent to the MagicINFO Insight solution. The Insight solution analyzes the playback POP and displays the analysis results under different categories (e.g., tags, content, playback count, playback time) as graphs.

Using MagicINFO Insight, you can view the following information and create a report.

• Summary dashboard: View the usage status of all devices, content that was played using key indexes, tag playback information, and other overall information.
• Content dashboard: View information about frequently played content.
• Tag dashboard: View information about content that was played using an individual tag or key index. You can also view the usage status and rankings of indexes, or view the status of tag playback in which multiple key indexes are combined.
• Report creation: Search for analysis data by period based on search conditions and print the results in report format.
