The content created or uploaded by users can be managed by folder.
Click (Content) on the main menu bar.
Creating a folder
- Click My Content.
- In the default folder, right-click on the mouse.
- Click New Folder.
- Enter a new folder name.
Note
- When a folder is created under the default folder, a new folder is created in the same path.
- Under the folders other than the default folder, sub folders can be created. Right-click on the mouse under the folder and then click New Folder. Then a new sub folder is created.
- Drag a folder into another folder for movement.
Moving content
- Click My Content.
- Select content to move to a folder. Multiple items can be selected.
- Click Move.
- In the Select Folder window, click a folder to move content to.
- Click Save.
After clicking the folder, check that all files have been moved.
Changing folder name
In My Content, select a folder to change its name and then right-click on the mouse. Click Rename and then enter the folder name.
Deleting folder
In My Content, select a folder to delete and then right-click on the mouse. Click Delete.
Warning
When a folder is deleted, the content in the folder is also deleted.
