Add frequently used features to the dashboard.
- Click Edit Layout on Dashboard tab. Items that can be added to the dashboard appear.
Customize the dashboard layout.
1 View items that can be displayed on the main page of MagicINFO RM Server.
Click next to a desired item. The item is displayed in the preview section.
2 Preview section
- Drag and drop items to rearrange them.
- To delete an added item from the preview section, click . It is impossible to delete posts or sign-in summary.
After configuring required settings, click Edit Layout again.
Dashboard items
Notice
View notice messages on MagicINFO RM Server. Select a notice to view the notice details.
Adding or removing notices
- From Notice on the dashboard, click .
Write a notice and click Save.
Title Enter a notice title.
- Important: Select this option if the notice is important and needs to be distinguished from other notices. The notice is highlighted in a different color from other notices on the list. It is placed on top of the list regardless of the sequence of creation.
Posting period Specify the posting period.
- Always: Display the notice continuously on the main page.
Content Write details for the notice.
Login Info Summary
View the user ID, name, role, and most recent login.
User Summary
View the number of registered or canceled users and the number of new users that requested to sign up. Click All users to display the User menu and view details.
Device Summary
View a summary of information on added devices. Click All devices to display the Device menu and view details.
Content Summary
View a summary of information on added content. Click All Contents to display the Content menu and view details.
Schedule Summary
View the number of currently running schedule and all schedules. Click All Schedules to display the Schedule menu and view details.
Server Storage
View a summary of information on the disk that contains MagicINFO RM Server data. Click the left or right arrow to view all disk information.
Playlist Summary
View summary of currently playing playlists. Click All Playlists to display the Playlist menu and view details.
Datelink Server Status
View the status of Datalink Server that currently connected.
Edge Server Status
View the status of Edge Servers that are currently connected.
Remote Control Server Status
View the status of Remote Control Servers that are currently connected.
Device Health Issues
View the error and warning status of the device that is currently connected.

The general administrator and user of each organization with device permission can view.
Connected Devices (Real Time)
View information about currently connected devices.
Note
The general administrator and user of each organization with device permission can view.
Connected Device (Yesterday/Today)
View information about devices connected yesterday and today by comparing.
