1. Back up
1.1 Select DB to backup and click Backup
1.2 Input backup file name and start back up
1.3 While backup, you can check progress on Messages tab
2. Restore
2.1 Create New Database first
2.2 Select DB to restore and click restore
2.3 Select backup file and start restore
