View and edit your user information registered in MagicINFO Server, and set trusted devices. You can also terminate your account in MagicINFO Server.

Click (Setting) > My Account on the main menu bar.

Editing My Information

If it is required to modify information after signing up to MagicINFO Server, modify in My Information.

  1. Click My Information.
  2. In the user information window, click Edit.
  3. Enter the password and click OK.
  4. Modify the desired items sequentially.
  5. After modification, click Save.

Canceling Account

You can stop using MagicINFO Server and terminate your account.

  1. Click Withdraw Membership.
  2. Read the membership withdrawal notice and then click the checkbox.
  3. Click Withdrawal.

The confirmation window will appear to complete the cancellation.

Modifier mes informations

Il est nécessaire de modifier les informations après votre inscription sur MagicINFO Server, modifiez-les dans Mes informations.

  3. Entrez le mot de passe et cliquez sur OK.

Annulation d'un compte

Vous pouvez arrêter d’utiliser MagicINFO Server et annuler votre compte.

  1. Cliquez sur Se retirer comme membre.
  2. Lisez l’avis de retrait d’adhésion, puis cochez la case.
  3. Cliquez sur Retirer.

Une fenêtre de confirmation apparaît pour terminer la procédure d'annulation.

Il n’est pas possible de clôturer un compte d’administrateur général. Pour qu’un administrateur d’organisation puisse clôturer son compte, il doit d’abord transférer ses droits d’administrateur d’organisation à un autre utilisateur au sein de la même organisation.
