내 정보 수정하기

MagicINFO Server에 처음 가입한 이후 정보의 수정이 필요하다면 내 정보에서 수정할 수 있습니다.

  1. 내 정보를 클릭하세요.
  2. 사용자 정보 화면에서 편집을 클릭하세요.
  3. 비밀번호를 입력한 다음 확인을 클릭하세요.
  4. 변경이 필요한 정보를 차례로 수정하세요.
  5. 수정한 다음 저장을 클릭하세요.

  • 비밀번호는 영문과 숫자를 혼용하여 8자 이상, 50자 이하로 구성해야 합니다. 또한, 같은 문자를 3번 이상 반복하거나 연속되는 숫자를 3자리 이상 사용할 수 없습니다.
  • 소속 관리자는 정보 수정 창에서 같은 소속 내 다른 사용자에게 소속 관리자 권한을 위임하고 역할을 변경할 수 있습니다.

회원 탈퇴하기

MagicINFO Server 사용을 중단하고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

  1. 회원 탈퇴를 클릭하세요.
  2. 회원 탈퇴 안내 문구를 확인한 다음 체크 박스를 클릭하세요.
  3. 탈퇴를 클릭하세요.

탈퇴 확인 창이 나타나며 탈퇴가 완료됩니다.

총괄 관리자 계정으로는 탈퇴할 수 없습니다. 또한, 소속 관리자는 같은 소속 내 다른 사용자에게 소속 관리자 권한을 위임해야 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 소속 관리자 권한 위임은 내 정보 수정 창에서 가능합니다.

Click (Setting) > My Account on the main menu bar.

Editing My Information

If it is required to modify information after signing up to MagicINFO Server, modify in My Information.

  1. Click My Information.
  2. In the user information window, click Edit.
  3. Enter the password and click OK.
  4. Modify the desired items sequentially.
  5. After modification, click Save.

  • Password must be a combination of 8-50 alphanumeric characters. Repeating a letter more than three times or using more than three consecutive numbers are not allowed.
  • An organization administrator can use the "edit info" window to transfer organization administrator privileges to another user in the same organization and edit user roles.

Canceling Account

You can stop using MagicINFO Server and terminate your account.

  1. Click Withdraw Membership.
  2. Read the membership withdrawal notice and then click the checkbox.
  3. Click Withdrawal.

The confirmation window will appear to complete the cancellation.
