  1. 메인 메뉴 모음에서 (콘텐츠)를 클릭하세요.
  2. 콘텐츠 목록이 나타납니다.
  3. 정보를 수정하거나 확인하려는 콘텐츠 이름을 클릭하세요.
  4. 콘텐츠 정보 창이 나타납니다.

  5. 확인 및 수정을 완료하면 저장을 클릭하세요.

    변경한 정보를 저장하지 않고 창을 닫으려면 취소를 클릭하세요.

콘텐츠 정보 창에서 확인할 수 있는 항목은 다음을 참조하세요.

상세

콘텐츠의 상세 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 또한, 콘텐츠 이름, 저장 폴더, 공유 여부를 수정할 수 있습니다.

버전

콘텐츠 버전을 확인하고 콘텐츠를 수정할 수 있습니다. 버전을 이용하여 콘텐츠를 편리하게 관리할 수 있습니다.

  1. 콘텐츠 파일을 변경하려면 업데이트 파일을 클릭하세요.
  2. 변경된 콘텐츠 파일을 업로드하세요.
  3. 새로운 버전을 클릭한 다음 저장을 클릭하세요.

  • 해당 소속에 콘텐츠 승인 기능이 비활성화되어 있을 때만 업데이트 파일 버튼이 활성화되어 콘텐츠 버전을 관리할 수 있습니다.
  • 콘텐츠 버전은 기본적으로 5개까지만 저장되고 순차적으로 이전 버전은 삭제됩니다. 컴퓨터의 MagicINFO Server 설치 경로 \conf\config.properties 파일에서 버전 유지 개수를 설정할 수 있습니다. (예시: content.version_limit_count = 5) 해당 설정을 적용하기 위해서는 MagicINFO Server를 재시작해야 합니다.

여러 개의 콘텐츠를 선택해 콘텐츠의 정보를 수정할 수 있습니다.

콘텐츠 목록에서 수정하려는 콘텐츠의 체크 박스를 차례로 선택한 다음 다중 편집을 클릭하세요. 다음의 항목을 동시에 적용할 수 있습니다.

  • 만료 날짜

View and edit content file information.

  1. Click (Content) on the main menu bar.
  2. Content files are displayed as a list.
  3. Click the content name to modify or check information.
  4. The content information window appears.

  5. After checking and modification, click Save.

    To close the window without saving the change, click Cancel.

Refer to the following items that can be viewed on the content information window.

Details

View detailed information of a content file. The content name, folder, and sharing mode can be also changed.

Version

View the version of content and edit content. Use file versions to manage content with ease.

  1. To change a content file, click Update File.
  2. Upload the changed content file.
  3. After clicking a new version, click Save.

  • The Update File button is enabled and content version management is possible only when the content approval function is disabled for the current organization.
  • Up to five content versions can be saved. Saving new versions delete older versions. The number of versions to save can be set in the installation path, \conf\config.properties of MagicINFO Server. (e.g. content.version_limit_count = 5) To apply the settings, restart MagicINFO Server.

Editing multiple contents

Select multiple contents and then modify content information.

Select content files to modify from the content list and then click Edit Multiple. The following items can be applied at the same time.
