View and edit content file information.

  1. Click (Content) on the main menu bar.
  2. Content files are displayed as a list.
  3. Click the content name to modify or check information.
  4. The content information window appears.

  5. After checking and modification, click Save.

    To close the window without saving the change, click Cancel.

Refer to the following items that can be viewed on the content information window.

Details

View detailed information of a content file. The content name, folder, and sharing mode can be also changed.

Only the files (in Private, No is set) can be shared with other users within the same organization.

Version

View the version of content and edit content. Use file versions to manage content with ease.

  1. To change a content file, click Update File.
  2. Upload the changed content file.
  3. After clicking a new version, click Save.

  • The Update File button is enabled and content version management is possible only when the content approval function is disabled for the current organization.
  • Up to five content versions can be saved. Saving new versions delete older versions. The number of versions to save can be set in the installation path, \conf\config.properties of MagicINFO Server. (e.g. content.version_limit_count = 5) To apply the settings, restart MagicINFO Server.

Category

Content can be managed by the category. For details, refer to ► Configuring DataLink ▶ 카테고리별 콘텐츠 관리하기

Tag

View or change media tag settings.

Insight

View the set insight index or apply an insight index.

Editing multiple contents

Select multiple contents and then modify content information.

Select content files to modify from the content list and then click Edit Multiple. The following items can be applied at the same time.

  • Category
  • Media Tag
  • Expiration Date
