태그 추가하기

장치에 태그를 적용하려면 먼저 태그를 추가해야 합니다. 메뉴 모음에서 (설정)를 클릭하세요.

  1. 태그 관리를 클릭하세요.
  2. 추가를 클릭하세요.
  3. 태그 추가 창이 나타납니다.

  4. 태그 이름, 태그 유형, 태그값, 소속, 설명을 차례로 입력하세요.

    선택한 태그 유형에 따라 입력할 수 있는 항목이 다를 수 있습니다.

  5. 저장을 클릭하세요.

  • 총괄 관리자 이외의 사용자는 본인이 속한 소속에서 설정한 태그와 모든 사용자가 사용할 수 있는 공동 태그만 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • 공동 태그는 소속이 Common으로 표시됩니다.
  • 태그를 삭제하려면 목록에서 삭제하려는 태그의 체크 박스를 클릭한 다음후 삭제를 클릭하세요.

장치에 미디어 태그 적용하기

장치에 미디어 태그를 설정하여 DLK 요소, 플레이리스트 콘텐츠에 설정한 태그와 부합하는 조건의 정보를 선별적으로 재생할 수 있습니다

메인 메뉴 모음에서 (장치)를 클릭하세요.

  1. 디바이스 > 전체 또는 그룹을 클릭하세요.
  2. 장치 목록에서 태그를 적용할 장치를 선택하세요. 복수의 장치를 선택할 수도 있습니다.
  3. 태그 배정 > 미디어 태그를 클릭하세요.
  4. 미디어 태그 설정 창이 나타납니다. 왼쪽은 장치 목록, 오른쪽은 태그 목록입니다.
  5. 적용할 태그의 체크 박스를 클릭하세요. 복수의 태그를 선택할 수도 있습니다.
  6. 적용을 클릭하세요.

장치에 변수 태그 적용하기

장치에 변수 태그를 설정하여 콘텐츠에 지정된 변수 태그를 특정 태그 값으로 치환할 수 있습니다.

  1. 디바이스 > 전체 또는 그룹을 클릭하세요.
  2. 장치 목록에서 태그를 적용할 장치를 선택하세요. 복수의 장치를 선택할 수도 있습니다.
  3. 태그 배정 > 변수 태그를 클릭하세요.
  4. 변수 태그 설정 창이 나타납니다. 왼쪽은 장치 목록, 오른쪽은 태그 목록입니다.
  5. 적용할 태그의 체크 박스를 클릭하세요. 복수의 태그를 선택할 수도 있습니다.

그룹별로 태그 적용하기

그룹 단위로 지정된 여러 장치들에 태그를 적용할 수 있습니다.

  1. 태그 배정 > 미디어 태그 또는 변수 태그를 클릭하세요.
  2. 태그 설정 창이 나타나면 장치 목록의 폴더 아이콘을 클릭하세요.
  3. 태그를 적용할 그룹을 검색해 선택하세요.
  4. 저장을 클릭하세요.
  5. 적용할 태그의 체크 박스를 클릭하세요. 복수의 태그를 선택할 수도 있습니다.
  6. 적용을 클릭하세요.

Kiosk 장치를 이용해 주변 장치 관리하기

장치에 연결된 주변 장치 현황을 볼 수 있습니다. (Card Reader, Barcode Scanner 등)

Flip2 장치를 이용해 메일 및 프린터 서버 설정하기

  • 메일 서버(SMTP 서버 이름, SMTP 포트 번호)에 메일 계정을 설정한 다음 메일을 발신할 수 있습니다.
  • 프린터 서버를 설정 한 다음 인쇄 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

Adding Tags

Before assigning a tag to a device, first add the tag. Click (Setting) on the main menu bar.

  1. Click Tag Management.
  2. Click Add.
  3. The Add Tag window appears.

  4. Enter values for tag name, tag type, tag value, organization, and description.

    The items that can be entered may vary depending on the selected tag type.

  5. Click Save.

  • Except for the general administrator, users are limited to view their organization tags and common tags for global use.
  • The organization for common tags is marked as Common.
  • To delete a tag, select the tag to delete from the list and then click Delete.

Assigning media tags to devices

Assign a media tag to a device. This allows the device to selectively display information that satisfies conditions of the tag assigned to a DLK element or playlist.

Click (Device) on the main menu bar.

  1. Click Device > All or Group.
  2. Select the devices from the device list to apply the tag. It is possible to select more than one device.
  3. Click Assign Tag > Media Tag.
  4. The Media Tag Settings window appears. The device list appears on the left and the tag list appears on the right.
  5. Click the tag to apply. It is possible to select more than one tag.
  6. Click Apply.

Assigning variable tags to devices

Assign variable tags to devices. This allows you to replace other tag values with content-specific variable tags.

  1. Click Device > All or Group.
  2. Select the devices from the device list to apply the tag. It is possible to select more than one device.
  3. Click Assign Tag > Variable Tag.
  4. The Variable Tag Settings window appears. The device list appears on the left and the tag list appears on the right.
  5. Click the tag to apply. It is possible to select more than one tag.
  6. Click Apply.
