사용자의 편의에 맞춰 자주 쓰는 항목을 대시보드에 자유롭게 배치할 수 있습니다.

대시보드에 위젯 추가하기

  1. 대시보드 탭에서 레이아웃 수정을 클릭하세요.
  2. 대시보드에 추가할 수 있는 위젯 목록이 나타납니다.
  3. 추가할 위젯 목록에서 Image Removed를 클릭하세요.
  4. Image Added을 클릭하여 추가할 위젯을 체크하세요.
  5. 선택한 위젯이 대시보드에 추가됩니다.
  6. 모든 설정을 완료한 다음 다시 레이아웃 수정을 빈공간을 클릭하세요.

대시보드에 추가할 수 있는 위젯은 다음과 같습니다.

  • 공지사항

    공지사항을 작성하거나 세부 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다. 공지사항을 작성하려면 [pencil]을 클릭하세요. 세부 내용을 작성한 다음 저장을 클릭하세요.

    공지사항을 입력할 경우 다음의 옵션을 선택할 수 있습니다.

    • 중요: 작성하는 공지 사항이 중요하여 다른 공지 사항과 구분하고 싶다면 선택합니다. 선택 시 공지 사항 리스트에서 다른 공지 사항과 색상이 다르게 표시되고 작성 순서와 상관없이 상위에 위치하게 됩니다.
    • 항상: 작성한 공지 사항을 무기한 홈 화면에 보여줍니다.

  • 로그인 요약 정보

    사용자의 ID와 이름, 역할, 최근 접속 일자를 표시합니다.

  • 사용자 요약

    등록되었거나 탈퇴한 사용자와 신규 가입을 요청한 사용자의 인원 수를 확인할 수 있습니다. 모든 사용자 또는 신규 가입 요청 사용자를 클릭하면 관련 메뉴로 이동합니다.

  • 장치 요약

    등록된 장치의 요약 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 위젯에 표시된 정보를 클릭하면 관련 메뉴로 이동합니다.

  • 콘텐츠 요약

    등록된 콘텐츠의 요약 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 모든 콘텐츠를 클릭하면 콘텐츠 메뉴로 이동합니다.

  • 스케줄 요약 정보

    현재 동작 중인 스케줄, 전체 스케줄의 수량을 확인할 수 있습니다. 전체 스케줄을 클릭하면 스케줄 메뉴로 이동합니다.

  • 서버 저장공간

    MagicINFO Server의 데이터가 저장된 디스크의 용량 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 좌우 화살표를 클릭하여 연결된 디스크 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

  • 재생목록 요약

    현재 동작 중인 플레이리스트의 요약 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 모든 플레이리스트를 클릭하면 플레이리스트 메뉴로 이동합니다.

  • 장치 상태(오류/경고)

    연결되어 있는 장치의 오류와 경고의 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Add frequently used features to the dashboard.

Adding widgets on the dashboard

  1. Click Edit Layout on Dashboard tab.
  2. Items that can be added to the dashboard appear.
  3. Click from the widget list to add.
  4. The selected widgets are added into the dashboard.
  5. After configuring required settings, click Edit Layout again.

  • To move a widget, click Edit Layout and then drag it into the desired position.
  • To delete a widget, click Edit Layout and then click on the widget to delete.
  • It is impossible to delete a Notice or Sign-In Summary widget.

Widgets that can be added to the dashboard are as follows.

  • Notice

    You can create a notice or see the notice details. To create a notice, click [pencil]. Enter details and click Save.

    • Important: Select this option if the notice is important and needs to be distinguished from other notices. The notice is highlighted in a different color from other notices on the list. It is placed on top of the list regardless of the sequence of creation.

    View the user ID, name, role, and last access date.

  • User Summary

    View the number of registered or canceled users and the number of new users that requested to sign up. Click All Users or New User Request to move to the menu.

  • Device Summary

    View a summary of information on added devices. Click information on the widget to move to the menu.

  • Content Summary

    View a summary of information on added content. When All Contents is clicked, the Content menu appears.

  • Schedule Summary

    View the numbers of currently playing schedules and all schedules. When All Schedules is clicked, the Schedule menu appears.

  • Server Storage

    View a summary of information on the disk space that contains MagicINFO Server data. Click the left or right arrow to view the connected disk information.

  • Playlist Summary

    View summary of currently playing playlists. When All Playlists is clicked, the Playlist menu appears.

  • Device Status (Error/Warning)

    View the error and warning status of the device that is currently connected.
