이문서는 Datalink를 사용하여 메뉴보드를 만드는 방법에 대해 설명합니다.

텍스트에서 이미지 변환테이블을 이용하여 DLK 컨텐츠를 만들고 배포할 수 있습니다.

이를 통해 우리는 텍스트를 매핑하고 이미지를 표시할 수 있습니다.

이는 메뉴 생성, 동적으로 업데이트 되는 가격 정보, 항공사 로고를 활용한 비행정보등으로 활용될 수 있습니다.

만약에 작은 규모로 단순 메뉴보드를 운영하고자 할 경우에는 Excel 파일로 메뉴명과 가격을 관리할 수 있습니다.

최종 결과물은 다음과 같다.

Datalink를 사용한 메뉴 생성하기

1. Excel에서 정보 테이블 생성한다.
   
   
   
   
   
2. MagicINFO 서버로 컨텐츠 업로드한다.
   
   
   1. Content 메뉴에서 -> New-> Upload Content 클릭
      
      
      

   2. Add Content 클릭하여 업로드하기 원하는 컨텐츠를 선택하고 업로드를 시작한다.

      
   
   
   
3. Datalink 서버에 Excel 추가한다.
   
   
1. setting 메뉴에서 Server management → External server management -> Datalink Server 클릭
   
   
   
   
   
2. Datalink 접속을 위해 link 버튼 클릭하고 로그인 한다.
   
   
   
   

3. Default Excel Module 선택하고 Add 버튼을 클릭한다.
   
   
   
   

4. 주어진 정보를 채운후 Next를 클릭한다.Collection cycle 은 정보를 가져오는 주기를 의미한다.
   

   
   

5. 연결하기를 원하는 Table을 선택한 후, Finish를 클릭한다.

   
   

   
   

6. Service를 시작한다.

   
   

   
   

4. MagicINFO 서버에서 Web Author를 실행한다.
   
   
   
   
5. file 타입과 지원장치를 선택한 후 Create 버튼을 클릭한다.
   
   
   
   
6. Template 메뉴에서 CreateDatalink Template 선택한다.
   
   
   
   
7. template 선택한 후, Create 버튼을 클릭한다.
   
   
   
   
8. template 화면이 표시된다.
   
   
   
   
9. 좌측메뉴에서 content를 선택한다.
   
   
   
10. 드래그 앤 드룹으로 template에 "datalink Image" 요소를 추가합니다. 요구사항에 따라 단계를 반복합니다.
    아래 그림과 같이 하나의 'datalink' 이미지 요소와 15개의 텍스트 요소를 추가했습니다.
    텍스트 요소를 추가하려면 왼쪽 메뉴에서 'text'탭을 선택합니다.
    
    
    
    
    
11. 텍스트 요소를 하나씩 선택하고, datalink를 클릭하여 텍스트를 설정합니다.
    또한 텍스트의 배경색을 검정색으로 추가하고, 텍스트에 윤곽을 부여했습니다. 필요에 따라 추가할 수 있습니다.
    
    
    
    
12. 저장을 위해 close template 클릭한다.
    
    
    
    
13. datalink 아이콘을 클릭하여, excel data를 컨텐츠로 매핑하기 위한 변환테이블을 수정한다.
    
    
    
    
14. Add 버튼을 클릭한다.
    
    
    
    
15. 텍스트를 이미지와 매핑하기 위해 Conveert To 필드를 이미지로 선택한다.
    
    
    
    
16. 이제 변환 테이블을 datalink 이미지 표시에 첨부하고 datalink 열을 텍스트 표시에 첨부한다. 
    
    
    1. datalink 변환 테이블을 이미지 표시에 추가하려면 datalink 이미지 항목을 선택한 다음 추가 버튼을 클릭하여 데이터를 연결합니다.
       
       
       
    2. datalink 테이블을 선택합니다. 
       
       
       
    3. 변환테이블에서 사용한 컬럼값을 선택한다.
       
       
       
    4. 생성된 변환테이블을 선택한다.
       
    
    
    
17. 이제 각 텍스트 datalink 표시자를 선택하고 해당 텍스트 datalink 컬럼을 선택한다. 
    15 단계에서 했던 것과 마찬가지로 진행하며, 15-d 단계는 생략하고 텍스트는 직접 컨텐츠를 매핑한다.
    
    
    
18. DLK 컨텐츠를 저장한다.
    
    
    
    
19. MagicINFO 서버에서 스케쥴 메뉴를 클릭한다..
    
    
    
20. 컨텐츠 스케쥴을 생성한다.
    
    
    
    
21. DLK 컨텐츠를 스케쥴에 매핑한다.
    
    
    
    
22. 배포를 위해 재생시간 설정, 배포그룹을 설정한다.
    
    
    
    
23. Save 버튼을 클릭한다.
    
    
    
    
24. LFD 플레이어에 스케쥴이 배포된다.
    
    

This document describes how to create menu board using Datalink.

To create and publish DLK content using text to image conversion.

Through this we can map our text and show images accordingly. This can help us in creating menus, updating price dynamically, flight data with airlines logos etc. E.g.:-

If customer who run small business wants to operate simple menu board, they can manage Menu name and Price using Excel.

Final Result of this will be like below:

Create Menu using Datalink

1. Create a table on Excel module (Excel Attached).
   
   
   
   
   
2. To upload the content (Image, video etc.) in MIS.
   
   
   1. Click on Content Tab-> New-> Upload Content.
      
      
      

   2. Click on Add Content, select the content you want to upload. And click start upload.

      
   
   
   
3. Add the Excel to Datalink server by following way:
   
   
1. Click on setting Tab -> External server management -> Datalink Server.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on link button to open your Datalink server and login into it
   
   
   
   

3. Click on Default Excel Module. And click Add button.
   
   
   
   

4. Fill all the columns click “Next”. Collection cycle is data fetch interval.
   

   
   

5. Select the tables you want to link. Click Finish.

   
   

   
   

6. Start the service

   
   

   
   

4. Now go back to MIS window and Click on Content Tab > Web Author.
   
   
   
   
5. Select file type as DLK and supporteddevices. Then Click “Create”
   
   
   
   
6. Click Template and select CreateDatalink Template.
   
   
   
   
7. Select the Ratio of template and click “Create”
   
   
   
   
8. Select the free template as shown.
   
   
   
   
9. Select content from left menu,
   
   
   
10. Add the “Datalink Image” element to the template by drag and drop. Repeat the step according to your requirement. 
    We have added one “datalink” image element and 15 text element as shown in below figure.
    For adding text element, select the “Text” tab from left hand side menu.
    
    
    
    
11. Select the text element one by one and enable the datalink to text by clicking.
    Also we have added the background color on text as black and given outline to text. You can add accordingly to your requirement.
    
    
    
    
12. Click close template icon to save it.
    
    
    
    
13. Click on datalink icon, then on edit conversion table to map your Excel data with MIS content.
    
    
    
    
14. Click on the add button to add new conversion table.
    
    
    For Text to Image mapping, select “Convert To” filed value to IMAGE. Check below snapshot for reference
    
    
    
    
15. Now we need to attach the conversion table to your datalink image placeholders, and datalink columns to your text placeholder
    
    
    1. To add the datalink conversion table to image placeholder, Select the datalink image item and then click on add button to link data.
       
       
       
    2. Select the datalink table to link.
       
       
       
    3. Select the column values which you have used in conversion table.
       
       
       
    4. Select a created conversion table.
       
    
    
    
16. Now select each text datalink placeholder and select the datalink column for them. 
    Same as we did in step 15, just ignore the step 15. d as for text we are directly mapping content.
    
    
    
17. Save as the DLK content.
    
    
    
    
18. Go back to MIS, Click on Schedule.
    
    
    
19. Create a content schedule.
    
    
    
    
20. Drag-drop the created DLK Content to schedule area.
    
    
    
    
21. Double click on dropped item and select the period of publishing. Click “Save".
    
    
    
    
22. Click on Save Button
    
    
    
    
23. Save & Publish the Schedule to LFD.
