Restarting the MagicINFO Premium Server service

When the MagicINFO Premium Server service is stopped, restart the service.

  1. Press the Windows key + R at the same time. The execution window appears.
  2. Enter services.msc on the execution window and then press the Enter key. The service management window appears.
  3. On the service management window, find “MagicINFO Premium Edition Server and then start the service.

Modifying the MagicINFO Authentication Server configuration file

Modify the configuration file of MagicINFO Authentication Server as follows.

  1. Using a text editor, open /conf/config.properties in the path where the MagicINFO Authentication Server is installed.
  2. Change “MagicINFO.uri” in the box below to the changed IP.

Restarting the MagicINFO Authentication Server service

Restart MagicINFO Authentication Server as follows.

  1. Press the Windows key + R at the same time. The execution window appears.
  2. Enter "cmd” on the execution window and then press the Enter key. The command prompt appears.
  3. Using the "taskkill /F /IM "MagicINFO Auth Server.exe" /T" command, stop MagicINFO Authentication Server running.
  4. Move to the Windows startup folder (“C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp”).
  5. Run “MagicINFO Auth Server.vbs.”
